About Pawffice Hours
Founded in Dublin in 2025, Pawffice Hours creates moments of calm and connection in fast-paced workplaces through our signature puppy therapy sessions.

We partner with local rescue centers to bring in puppies and dogs who need socialization, confidence-building, and — most importantly — love. These pups visit offices to bring joy, ease stress, and help employees reset in the middle of their workday. In return, the dogs get valuable human interaction that helps them on their journey toward finding a forever home.

Each session is more than just a cuddle break — it’s a moment to breathe, laugh, and reconnect with what matters. We believe happy humans and happy dogs make a better world (and a much better workplace).
Mission
At Pawffice Hours, our mission is to create moments of joy and relief in the workday through meaningful connections between people and rescue dogs. We support employee well-being by offering puppy cuddle breaks that ease stress, boost focus, and lift spirits.
At the same time, we work closely with rescue centres to provide essential socialisation for puppies, helping them build confidence and increasing their chances of finding loving, forever homes. By bringing these two worlds together, we aim to strengthen team connections, promote mental wellness, and foster a positive, more compassionate company culture.

30 Min Puppy Boost
Perfect for small teams or tight schedules, this focused session brings our rescue pups into your workspace for a concentrated cuddle break. Ideal for mid-morning resets or afternoon pick-me-ups.
60 Minute Session
Great for team-wide breaks, wellness hours, or mental health days. We create a relaxed space where employees can rotate in and out to de-stress, recharge, and bond — with each other and the pups.
Half-Day/ Full Day Package
Let us tailor a full or half-day visit that fits your workplace flow. We stagger sessions by department or cohort, ensuring everyone gets time to unwind, reset, and meet our adoptable rescue stars — all without disrupting productivity.
